MTH accepts returns or exchanges of standard specification items within 15 days of order receipt. Customized items tailored to your specific dimensions or fabrics are non-returnable as they are made specifically for you. Returned items must be in new, unaltered condition, free from customer-induced damages, with any accompanying accessories in their original packaging. Defective items may be repaired, returned, or exchanged, provided the defect is not due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions, and the original receipt is included. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 working days, credited to your original payment method.
